This kit is of a medium sized Retort House for a town gas works. The kit includes an industrial building with a detailed interior ,including a representation of the retorts. The model is based off the Retort House at Belper Gas Works.
Model works fits UK Eras 2 - 9
Where possible clearances have been included to aid assembly.
Please Read through the Instructions and dry assemble the model prior to gluing together.
Product is supplied as a unpainted 3D printed item, supplied in resin, ready to be painted with acrylic or enamel paints and may need some sanding and filling
