This is a Low Relief Version of the front of GM102A

This kit is of a typical basic terrace house, of a style found in many towns and cities accross the UK. This version features thwo sash windows on the front, the signage on the model is for a Fish and Chip shop.

The kit includes six optional embossed nameplates to go across the front of the shop, as well as a blank plate for custom shop fronts. Included with the kit are:

Space for LED Lighting has been included into the design.

Windows are not part of the print and need to be cut out separately from a transparent sheet material. A Tool is provided to help with cutting windows to the correct size.

Where possible clearances have been included to aid assembly
